UPDATE: I checked at our store this morning. The smallest Gain dishwashing liquid was $2.29 for the 28 oz size. If you have the 50¢ MQ + the Publix Q from Sunday’s paper, you’d only be paying 79¢!! Another great deal is the Gain Laundry detergent. Sale price is $3.99, so with the $1/1 MQ and the Publix $1/1 Q, you’ll be paying only $1.99!

This is one of my most favorite Publix deals!! It just doesn’t get much easier than this!! The new ad for Publix features a coupon to save $10 on a $100 American Express gift card when you buy at least $25 in groceries.
Here’s how to do the deal:
- BUY American Express Gift Card $100 + $5.95 fee = $105.95
- USE $10/1 American Express Gift Card Publix Q ($10.00)
- PAY $95.95 for a gift card worth $100!! = $4.05 MM!!
Try to think “outside of the box” on this deal. Are you going to spend $100 on something in the near future that could be paid for using an American Express gift card? Mother’s Day dinner and/or gift? Groceries? Gas? If the answer is yes, then consider doing the deal. You buy the Amex gift card. You only pay $95.95, but you have $100 to spend in the form of the Amex card. Then you use the $100 Amex gift card to pay for the Mother’s Day dinner, gas, groceries, whatever.
